With our property being on the market for several weeks, we had received no real interest. Upon a recommendation, Glyn took our property under his portfolio and within 2 weeks we had some interest. As time progressed, it became clear from Glyn’s unpatronising advice we needed to make a few changes to the property, and look at the prices against the market. It would have been easy for Glyn to tell us to chop the price but we made property adjustments, slowly lowered the price such that we achieved a good sale.
