I first experienced Summit service some years ago when I sold a property in Tahunanui and again in October last year when I sold another property in Richmond. So, it was not surprising that I should employ them again this year to sell two properties in Richmond. My first approach fell on deaf ears, but Glyn Delany was at hand to provide the expertise I needed. Having sold a rental property in Richmond late last year I was confident that we could realise a similar price for the two we were offering now.

Glyn immediately appraised the two properties and came up with what he considered a very achievable price. On this basis I had no hesitation in signing the sale agreements and the process started. Glyn’s enthusiasm for the project was infectious. Within one week of listing I had an offer for one of the properties which result in a very satisfactory sale. The second property took a couple of weeks longer but with a confirmed sale in excess of my original expectations.

To complete the process Glyn was able to introduce me to a very desirable property offering all the features I require at a very realistic price and handy to my preferred location. The whole experience over the past three months has been both profitable and satisfying.
